In this lesson we'll go over the different parts of the guitar, what they are and what they do.

Identify Strings and Tuning
In this lesson, we'll cover the names of each string and how to tune them. This lesson will be in standard tuning.

Chord Basics
We'll cover a few basic chords. How to position your hand and fingers on each chord and which strings to strum with each chord.

Changing Chords
This lesson will cover how to play move from chord to chord in a fluid and smooth manner. Mastering this will allow you to begin playing songs and unlock your potential to begin moving from a beginner to an intermediate player.

Strumming and Guitar Picks
In this lesson, we're going to cover how to strum the guitar with and without a guitar pick. We'll also cover how to hold your pick if you choose to use one.

Finger picking
Finger picking is a useful technique to learn. It allows you to break chords apart and play each note individually instead of all at once like you would with a chord.

Learn a Song
This lesson we'll cover picking a song and learning to play the chords to the song.
